Anna and Flora had worked together for years when Flora was a top prospect, and Anna was the one who had recommended Flora to Coach Kelley. Anna is horrified to learn of Flora's recent diva behavior and tells Kelley she had thought they had worked through Flora's discipline problems; that Flora would be too old to need the sort of treatment she used to.
Unfortunately for Flora, Anna tells Coach Kelley exactly what technique she used to use that was so effective.
